Cousin Fun!

Ashy had a blast spending the weekend with his Boston Cousins. And to think mom almost didn't bring him.

Top 5 favorite things to do in Boston!

1. Make messes - dump all of Superkids and Abizellas toys out of the buckets and then
spread them around the far reaches of Aunt Missltoes house.
2. Jump - Jump from couch to air matress and back again with the cousins. Also jumping into tidepools is tons of fun.
3. Bath time with cousins - Bath time is so much more fun when there is someone in there with you.
4. Hang out on Superkids couch while watching Curious George. Everyone loves Curious George!
5. Chasing birds - Seagulls are fun to chase while running around on the beach.
Thanks AUnt Misstletoe for the good times!

My Blue Eyed Boy

Looks like Coach may have my blue eyes. Keep your fingers crossed because I am afraid that is the only feature he has of mine. Nate must have the strong genes. Oh well, Ashy is pretty dang cute and Coach is getting cuter everyday.

Sorry I haven't posted many pictures of Coach. Right now all he does is sleep and eat so there isn't much to take pictures of, especially the eating part. The picture of him all bundled up is on his first camping trip. Both boys had their first camping trip when they were five weeks old.

Enjoy!

Beach Bugalow

Come one, come all! This cozy beach bungalow is now open for business. It comfortably sleeps 8 (that is if 4 can snuggle onto our 5 star airmattress). This 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath (counting the training potty) has oppulent ammenities such as our swim pool (1 foot deep), playground, and tea room (aka play room... it does have a tea set and anxious toddler service!). Close proximity to beach. Ice cream always in the freezer. "Elmo's Potty Time" and "Curious George" movie times 'round the clock. Free airport shuttle service. Check availability by responding here, hurry space is filling up!

Rainy Day

We used to call rainy days shopping days when Glama came to town. But now that we are out numbered, the kids won and we went to the Children's Museum. Glama and Moodles had a great time dancing in front of the blue screen to Aurthur tunes. What is missing in the picture that was captured on the movie camera is that Glama's shirt couldn't be seen and she looked like a floating head and dancing pants. All of the kids loved the boats and balls. Abizella loved crawling through the construction zone pipes. I considered joining her until I imgined the jaws of life that would be required to extract me from the pipe (not to mention all of the fun Glama and Moodles would have photographing my rump).

We are hoping for sunny skies (or at least dry skies) tomorrow for the beach!

Ashy's Birthday Dress Rehersal

With Ashy's 2nd birthday less than a month away, we decided to throw him a little birthday party dress rehersal. We just want to make sure that by his big day he has all of his birthday skills up to par. He was really good about blowing out the candles, although his timing was a little off. He was too excited and kept blowing the candle out before the end of the song (no matter how many times I re-lit them). Superkid was very good to demonstrate the proper birthday present opening skills. Everyone enjoyed the cupcakes, but Ashy thought they tasted best eaten straight off the floor (who is rasing this kid anyway, Murphy? Mazie?).

The East Coast is Brimming With Phrogbottoms!

We are so happy that Glama, Moodles, Ashy and Coach are here! We took them straight to the beach for some splashing around. The kids had a fabulous time in the water and sand. We are especially happy to have Ashy here, he almost didn't make the cut. When we pulled up to the house from the airport, Abizella ran to the door and Ashy started screaming her name. They are both the best of friend's and the worst of enemies (as they have competing interests).

We are all thrilled to have Coach here! We were afraid we wouldn't meet him for at least a year. Superkid likes to touch him and give him kisses.

Phour Phrobottoms Take the Lily Pad on Delta

I my favoite phrogbottom off at the swamp port at o dark 30. She was so excited to go to Boston I thought she was going to jump out of the car and run the last several miles. Call me when you are all together. I know the beach beckons but remember the lonely ones at home. BC played golf early this a.m. and Uncle James was home for about 30 minutes an hour ago. So Murphy and I are alone eating chips, potato salad and my favorite sandwich (thanks Mom). I will pick the Mustang up in an hour with new shoes on all fours. Love to all. Bam Pa
